1) Latest 4\nmonths salary slips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Latest 6\nmonths bank a\/c statement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Latest 2 years\nForm 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Latest copy of\nother perks, incentives or bonus- if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Latest 2 years\nITR copy\u2013 for agricultural income receivable if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) For rental\nincome receivable- if any:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Copy of\nregistered rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Latest 1 year\nbank account statement reflecting the rental credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7) For salaried\nwho joined new company –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            a) Copy of resignation letter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            b) Copy of joining letter\/\nappointment letter\/ offer letter of the new company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            c) Reflection of One month salary\ncredit in bank account statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8) Processing fee\ncheque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Technical documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Latest 12\nmonths loan account statement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disbursement Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Disbursement\nkit duly signed by applicant and co-applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) MOE\n(memorandum of understanding) agreement duly franked and signed by applicant\nand co-applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Copy of LOD\n(List Of Documents).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Property Technical\nreport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Six security mandate\ncheques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) Sanction\nletter copy duly signed by applicant and co-applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7) Copy of Share\nCertificate if not submitted at the time of initial loan taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8) End use letter\nduly signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9) Administration\nFess \u2013clearance by cheque or DD-demand draft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
