I) Mortgage Loan Documents Required For Sanction\nProcess<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

KYC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Company pan card copy along\nwith director\u2019s signature & stamp.<\/li>
  2. Pan card copy of all\ndirectors. <\/li>
  3. Passport size color photograph\nof all applicants.<\/li>
  4. Copy of residence proof\n(passport\/electricity bill & Aadhaar card copy) of all directors.<\/li>
  5. Copy of office proof\n(electricity bill\/telephone bill).<\/li>
  6. Pan card of shareholders\nhaving minimum stake of 51%.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    7. Tax audit report (Form 3CB & 3CD) (42 Points) -If\napplicable.<\/li>
    8. Copy of company\u2019s Debtors & Creditors aging 1 Year \u2013 if case\nis booked under banking product.<\/li>
    9. Latest 12 months bank account\nstatement of all directors.<\/li>
    10. Latest 18 months bank account\nstatements of all current accounts of the company.<\/li>
    11. Latest 3 years Form no-26 AS.<\/li>
    12. Latest 1year Copy of GST\nreturns \u2013 3B form.<\/li>
    13. Latest 4 months salary slips\nof the director.<\/li>
    14. Latest 2 years form 16 of\ndirector.<\/li>
    15. Latest 6 months salary credit\nstatement of the director.<\/li>
    16. For any rental income\nreceivable by the director:<\/li>
    17. Copy of registered rental agreement.<\/li>

      7. Chartered\nAccount (CA) \u2013 Copy of COP & passing certificate.<\/li>

      9. Details of all existing loans\nalong with the sanction letters of the applicant-director (for calculating loan\nobligation).<\/li>

      11. Processing fees cheque in\nfavor of the bank\/NBFC<\/a>.<\/li>
      12.  Bank\u2019s mortgage form duly signed by applicant\n(director) and co-applicant<\/a>\/ directors\/ company.<\/li>

        II List of Documents Required for Property\u2019s Legal\n& Technical<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        1. Prior\nchain of agreement.<\/li>
        2. Copy of\nindex 2.<\/li>
        3. OC\/CC +\napproved plan copy.<\/li>
        4. Latest\nproperty tax receipt.<\/li>
        5. Latest\nproperty maintenance bill.<\/li>
        6. Share\ncertificate.<\/li>
        7. Copy of society registration. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          III Documents For Mortgage Loan Disbursement  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. Disbursement\nkit duly signed by the applicant & Co-applicant.<\/li>
          2. Original\ncopy of prior chain of agreement with stamp duty & registration paid along\nwith the copy of index 2.<\/li>
          3. Occupation\nCertificate copy.<\/li>
          4. Original\nshare certificate (if issued).<\/li>
          5. Society\nRegistration Copy.<\/li>
          6. NOC from\nBuilder (if society is not formed) \/ NOC from Society – if society is formed\n(signed by society chairman & secretary).<\/li>
          7. Latest\ncopy of property tax receipt.<\/li>
          8. Copy of Mortgage<\/a> Intimation.<\/li>
          9. Facility\nagreement duly franked and signed.<\/li>
          10.  7-\nSecurity mandate cheque in favor of the Bank.<\/li>
          11.  Administration Fees \u2013clearance by cheque or\nDD-demand draft.<\/li>
          12.  For CIDCO\/MHADA Property<\/li>
          13. Copy of\nconveyance deed & Original NOC & transfer letter from CIDCO\/ MHADA if\nconveyance deed is executed.<\/li>
          14. Copy of\ntri-party agreement & lease agreement – if conveyance deed is not executed.<\/li>

             IV Additional\nDocuments Required For Mortgage Loan Balance Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. LOD (list\nof documents) from the existing bank.<\/li>
            2. 12\/18\nmonths repayment track record.<\/li>
            3. Outstanding letter copy from\nthe existing loan bank.<\/li>
            4. Original copy of LOD & Outstanding letter\nto be submitted for loan disbursement.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
